All payments for AutoScribe are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and EU/UK Consumer Rights regulations, consumers are eligible for a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
Digital Goods Exception:
Please note that AutoScribe provides immediate access to digital content and API-driven transcription services. By purchasing a subscription and actively generating transcripts or using your allotted transcription minutes, you consent to the immediate performance of the contract. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle's refund policies, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once you have started consuming the digital service (i.e., transcribing audio).
For un-used subscriptions within the 14-day window, you can request a refund directly through your Paddle email receipt or by contacting our support team.
