1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any app or website created by Pejoal Dev Studio (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. Usage of specific mobile applications constitutes agreement to both these general terms and any app-specific disclosures found in the store listing.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to:

• Violate any laws
• Interfere with the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Scrape or extract data automatically

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs are owned by Pejoal Dev Studio and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

4. Mobile Applications, Subscriptions & Quota Rollover Policy

Apps and subscriptions are managed under the following terms:

• Apple App Store: Subject to Apple's EULA and subscription management policies.
• Google Play: Subject to Google Play Terms and subscription billing management.
• Monthly Minute Quotas & Non-Rollover Policy: Both Free Tier and Pro Subscription minute allocations reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused minutes do not carry over or roll over to subsequent billing periods under any circumstances.
• Consumption Calculation & Minute Rounding: Each audio recording, file upload, text input, or AI interaction has a minimum deduction of 1 minute (60 seconds). Any session duration is rounded up to the next full minute (for example, an audio duration of 4 minutes and 12 seconds counts as 5 minutes consumed).
• Subscription & Auto-Renewal Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time prior to your next billing cycle to prevent future charges, retaining access until the end of your paid period. Refund requests are handled in accordance with platform policies and consumer protection guidelines.
• Free Tier Capacity Disclaimer: Free transcription minutes and complimentary user quotas are provided solely as an introductory courtesy and are strictly subject to available system, server, and API capacity. AutoScribe is not obligated to guarantee free tier access and reserves the right to modify, restrict, throttle, pause, or discontinue free tier allotments at any time without prior notice.
• Email Subscription & Communications Opt-In: By creating an account or using AutoScribe, you explicitly consent and opt in to be included in our electronic mailing list to receive product updates, security notices, and promotional newsletters. You may opt out or unsubscribe from promotional marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email.
• Upgrade Quota Inclusion & Cumulative Minute Deductions: When upgrading from a Free Tier account to a paid Pro Subscription, all minutes already consumed during the current monthly billing cycle on the Free Tier are included and counted toward the total monthly Pro quota deduction. Upgrading unlocks the higher total monthly limit for your account, but does not reset or erase previous minute consumption recorded in that same monthly period.

Additional subscription terms or promotional disclosures may be provided in-app or during checkout.

5. No Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or performance.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

Some content within our applications, including text, translations, and educational materials, may be generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. While we strive for high accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Users are encouraged to verify critical information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pejoal Dev Studio is not liable for any damages from use of the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

9. Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data collected or stored by our Services. If you find your data in our systems and wish to have it removed, please contact us using the information provided below to submit a data deletion request. We will process your request promptly in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Governed by the laws of Egypt.
